PANalytics provides you with real time access to invaluable client data, enabling you to be the ultimate in proactive and lift service levels dramatically. PANalytics syncs with your client’s cloud accounting system every day, no matter which system they are using, and creates a dashboard of all of your clients, clearly showing areas where immediate focus is required. You can then drill down to view individual client dashboards and access tips and hints for improving the client’s business in several key areas, drawn from our extensive Business Strategy Map. You then send an automatically generated email to the client recommending they consider some specific issues or, where you deem it appropriate that more urgent action be taken, you instruct your personal assistant to set up a meeting with a specific agenda with a click of a button from within PANalytics.
Where additional work is required to help the client with an issue, you access our video based support centre for guidance and then follow step by step implementation programs to assist the client in a range of areas.
PANalytics will soon connect with an intelligent cloud based client assessment diagnostic tool that will create action plans for individual clients ‘on the fly.’ It will then be extended to provide cash flow and budgeting capabilities, giving you everything you need to proactively assist your client in one place on your desktop.
